Pan:

Pan, who should be one of the weakest Saiyajins since she only has 1/4 Saiyajin heritage, actually turns to be a great help. Unlike Bra, she is trained well, and also has some of her father, Gohan's, potential ability. She mainly only fights in GT where she is at the age of 12 helping Gokou recover the Black Star Dragon Balls. Pan has still never reached a Super Saiyajin Level, but probably does have the ability to if given enough time.
